Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup walnuts
 ½ cup almonds
 ¼ cup pistachio
 ½ cup raisins
 ½ cup prunes
 ½ cup cranberries
 ½ cup watermelon
 ½ cup black raisins
 ¼ cup orange peel
 1 tbsp The Indian Queen Garam Masala
 2 cups Rum

Chop all the nuts, prunes and orange peel.

Mix them in a bowl.

Add rum to the bowl. You will feel that rum is much more as compared the nuts and berries, however over the soaking period, the berries will soak all the rum./

Add a tablespoon of Garam Masala.

Mix them well.

Pour the mixture in the airtight container and keep it aside for a week to a month.

Note : -
-In case you do not get orange peel, you can also add fresh orange zests to the mixture.
-Chop the nuts to the bite size pieces.
-I have not used the tutti fruity, however if you wish, you can use a cup full of tutti fruity. Increase the quantity of rum by half a cup.
-All the berries should be dried ones.
-After every two days, give a good shake to the container in which berries are soaked, in case you are soaking for a week.
-In case a month, then every 10 days give a good shake.
-Since you have added The Indian Queen’s garam masala, you don’t need to add any other spices.
