Yields1 Serving
 1 l Milk
 100 g Sugar
 3 pinches Elaichi Powder
 1 tbsp Badam Milk Mix
 Iron Kadai or Steel Vessel

Boil the milk with continuous stirring. When the milk boils Reduce the flame. And keep on boiling the milk.

We have to reduce the milk half. When the milk reduces it forms milk solids. Check by your flat spoon.

Add the sugar as per your taste. Keep on fire for 2 minutes and take off the flame.

Tip: Keep on stirring slowly when taken off the flame. For at least 5 min.

Let it cool on its own completely. It will get thick also.
Add elaichi powder & Badam Milk Mix

Pour in a kasaura or the serving bowl.
Serve chilled.
