At The Indian Queen, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. A replacement will be sent based is the case the product is rotten on fulfilling the terms and conditions.
• The Indian Queen is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Replacement-
The products are fresh and homemade without using any artificial preservatives. The replacement for the same item will be sent in case the product is bad, spoiled or taste differently. A replacement will be sent if the jar is broken during transit. In case, the shipment is damaged, you can refuse delivery. In order to inform us about a bad product or damaged shipment, please send us an email with supporting pictures

• Replacement of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in original jar/pouch with original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
- Replacement requests will be subject to checking and vetting by The Indian Queen
- Damages due to neglect or wrong order placed by the customer will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for replacement within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- The product is rotten, soiled or tastes differently.
Refunds-
Refunds are issued only in case a product is canceled before shipping.
Online payment orders- A credit will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
Cash on delivery orders- No refund is issued in case of cash on delivery orders. We will notify you if your request is accepted or not.
Late or Missing Refunds- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank/ credit card statement to ensure you haven’t missed it. However, in case it is still missed, please write to us at contact@theindianqueen.in
Discounted Items- Cancellations are allowed only on regular priced items. Discounted or promotional offers are not eligible for cancelation.
