 ¼ cup Oil
 ¾ cup Brown Sugar
 2 tbsp Melted Butter
 1 cup Curd
 ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
 ¼ cup Maida
 1 tsp Baking powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  tsp Nutmeg Powder
  tsp Cardamom Powder
 1 tsp Turmeric Latte
 ½ cup Grated carrot
 ¼ cup Walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting
 120 g Cream Cheese
 30 g Butter
 160 g Icing Sugar
 ¼ tsp Turmeric Latte powder
 ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Preheat oven for 10 min at 180 degree Celsius.

In a bowl add brown sugar, oil and butter and whisk for a min. add in curd and vanilla and whisk again until it all comes together.

Sieve in whole wheat flour, maida, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and TURMERIC LATTE POWDER and fold it well.

Mix in grated carrot and chopped walnuts.

Pour it in 8 inch round cake pan. Tap the pan and bake it in preheated oven for 30-40 min or until skewer comes out clean.

Cool it on wire rack.

Cream Cheese Frosting

In a bowl whisk together cream cheese and butter and vanilla until smooth.

Sieve in icing sugar in batches and mix until it’s creamy and smooth.

Store in airtight container and refrigerate it.
